SCHOOL property inspections 1
Unlike cinematic film this high definition footage is shot with a high shutter speed to enable engineers to freeze frame at any point and study the frame as an in focus photograph, giving a high level of detail to assist evaluating condition. At normal film speed this can make the footage appear a little jerky.
SCHOOL ROOF SURVEY 2
At this Essex school we were able to identify two problems on the roof that could of developed in to high cost repairs if left unchecked. A failed roof felt up stand and a moss build up blocking a drain. Both were repaired avoid the potential for high repair bills later.
